Free shipping on every order. There are no shipping charges added at checkout, anywhere we ship.

Where we ship

We ship Sleep Max Pro worldwide.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery estimates

United States: typically 7-15 business days after dispatch.
International: typically 10-20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs.

These are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections and peak periods can add time.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of ordering, contact us and we will chase it for you.

Customs and import duties

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are set by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them in advance.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it once you confirm the correct details.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch, contact us. We will either replace the order or refund you in full.
